Oct 16/05 - Fire. Report

Navigation & Fall Wildflowers.
Report Jun 12/05: Four people met at Walter & Julie's.
The day's topic was supposed to be fire, however, due to the inclement
weather (rain, humidity, and heat), we collectively decided it would be
a better use of our time together to explore other topics. Of course, we
could have viewed the weather as a challenge, but it was a bit of a step
up for most who were there. So we instead engaged in lively discussion
and exchange about various topics such as survival (armchair survival!),
tracking, and much more. We also watched the video, The Great
Dance - about trackers in Africa, and was greatly appreciated by all in attendance. All who attended felt
is was a very worthwhile day in spite of the topic change, and we all
learned a lot. May 15 -
